Bucks County.
Regarding Davidson, isn't he dealing with some severe mental health issues.

I think being a very young hire, they didn't want to push him out, but, he needs to show a bit more to justify the spot.

He is. He did a rather funny bit on Weekend Update about it:

Since Jost is in that clip... I hate that guy. So jealous. He is pretty much living a life that I'd love to live. Host Weekend Update, write sketches, and he is dating Scar Jo? That is too much good stuff, share the wealth.

Well, I’m sure Jost worked hard to get where he is. Harvard guy and all. I like him. Seems like a good guy. Not my favourite weekend update anchor ever, but he’s fine. As for dating Scarlett, yeah, he’s a lucky guy.

Will Ferrell is hosting this month, so that’s something to look forward to.

Cecily Strong is underrated.

Certainly not underused. She’s in tons of sketches almost every show.

Who is the most underrated cast member of all time? I always felt Tim Meadows and Chris Parnell fell into that category.

Leslie Jones could be a very good cast member if she was ever capable of delivering her lines clearly.

Weekend Update was good (minus Leslie's bit). I thought Aidy Bryant's bit on Update was very good and the entertainment fashion show sketch was tremendous.

Not a bad show tonight. Bill Murray as Bannon and Fred Armisen appearing in the cold open was great. Love when they bring back the old snl folks.

Reinforcing my dislike of Pete Davidson, how much of the budget do you figure was blown making that awful "Tucci Gang" bit?

Does Pete Davidson's audience even watch SNL?

I didn’t mind Tucci gang.

In general, I thought the tone was a bit more subversive this week (eg fashion show, update, morning joe) which I like.

It’s hard to be edgy on network tv but they still try.

Rockwell did not get the memo he could not say **** on the air

Yeah, he could tell as soon as he said it.

He was getting pretty worked up.

That was actually a pretty funny sketch but the dialogue had to be quick for it to work and I suspect it was challenging to deliver with little prep time.

Jost and Che swore too. No biggie.

I liked the ATM sketch with Rockwell and Kenan.

The final sketch with the dog was funny too.

Drunk Boyfriend was great.

I thought the ATM bit was fairly predictable stuff that went on a bit too long.

Predictable? Really? You knew the other guy was going to come in with his entourage? You knew Mackinnon wasn’t really Rockwell’s wife/girlfriend?

As soon as Thompson told Rockwell to give him the money, I thought he was being serious. Could not have predicted anything that happened after that.

The science sketch was funny too.

Yeah I thought it was plainly obvious Keenan wasn't actually a mugger and they were playing up the racial stereotype.

It just didn't land for me. No need to get defensive.

She seems incapable of reading off cue cards, and it's a real momentum killer, the Oprah bit being a prime example (both times).

Aside from that, I thought it was a really solid ep. Tucci Gang and Peter Pan were the only duds for me, which for SNL nowadays is a great batting average. Enjoyed a non-Trump cold open. Pornstar boyfriend wasn't amazing, but they kept it short and Rockwell's monologue at the end was great. I'd say from a sketch/commercial standpoint one of the best episodes of the season, purely on the grounds of overall consistency.

I wasn’t getting defensive, I just don’t understand how that sketch was predictable.

Yeah, the Keenan fake-out wasn't that surprising, seeing as a "mugging attempt" from him was pretty much telegraphed. I loved the choice for the gang to come in though. And the prostitute-reveal was a nice button to end the sketch. Many times SNL will start with a good concept and have no clue how to wrap it up ('Dog-head Guy' being a prime example of this), but ATM wasn't one of those cases.
