Per CapFriendly, it's a two way, but comes with a nice raise at the AHL level (particularly in year 2).

This guy deserves a shot at an NHL roster. I don't see him an an ingredient for the Sabres roster composition, but another team rebuilding/retooling he'd be a good fit.
