I feel he plateaud and didn’t take that expected step forward this year, in combination with the belief that other defensemen did take those steps forward and/or are more reliable at this point.

25 has kinda become the jabroni # in recent years. Prucha was the last one to have an impact who wore it.

The navy blue is a Lady Liberty Jagr jersey (captain), the jersey to the right is a royal blue home jersey with no 31... And it isn't Talbot

Thought Sproul looked pretty good in the offensive third. He definitely has some work to do defensively.

Of the three recent call ups, this demotion makes the most sense. Pionk and Gilmour both look like they're not far from figuring out the NHL game; Sproul looks on the precipice of being an AAAA guy.
Hopefully that won't be the case. It would be great if one or more of our Hartford D can make the leap next year.
