Insane how it’s not instantly a suspendable offence. If you intentionally hit someone down there, you’re suspended. Period. It shouldn’t be any other way.

He was just trying to pull his stick out of Hartman's hands after he grabbed it. Andrighetto decided to go forward instead of backwards, dirty, but honestly meh at the end.

Of course I see him grab his stick. I’m not blind.

That’s not the issue at hand. The issue is that your player, who’s a man, used his stick, to intentionally hit, a fellow man, in his testicles.

Hartman is not outraged because he’s getting a penalty. He’s outraged because Andrighetto is not getting his man-card revoked while being escorted out of the building or at least to the penalty box with him.
