Surprised that we so many Leafs fans on this site, you haven't got an answer yet. This preseason they look like NHLers and both might start the with the Leafs. One, might start in the AHL, just because of numbers. But from what I have seen, both will be playing for the Leafs for a long time. Their play, Rosen is rather slick, good skater. Borgman might do well in the smaller NHL rinks. He's a tank and can hit and seems to great effective strength. Just what the Leafs need. We'll see how they do when regular season starts. They might need AHL time to acclimate to the rink size in North America. But could be NHL ready right now and be NHL good. Leafs fans are optimistic. Both guys might have come to the perfect place to sign in the NHL. Spots open for competent Dman, They don't have to spectacular, just solid.
