Speculation: RFAs tendered a QO and not tendered a QO

I could be blind, but I didn't see a thread about them and if I'm not mistaken there usually is one.

For Montreal, Domi, Mete Juulsen, Hudon and Ouellet were given QOs while aaron Luchuk, Andrew Sturtz and Antoine Waked weren't.
