Definitely. He'd play great during regulation but seemed like he couldn't make a save in the shootout.

Well he had a period where he was a sieve in the shootout but I don’t recall that happening with penalty shots. Might be misremembering though.

He's made 13 of 18 saves in his career, so if he had a bad stretch it was a short one. Frolik beat him when it mattered though (and that one was a weak-ass call too).

Yeah, I remember being baffled as to why he could be such a joke in the shootout but still be solid in penalty shots. Must be a mental thing.
