Went to walk the dog, came back and VGK 1 DEN 2 at start of 2nd.

This is two games now where Cotter hasn't done much for me. I really like Cotter, but he's playing a lot more like a regular who has already been promised a position than somebody fighting for a place on the roster. Maybe he is a regular now and doesn't have to worry about it so much, but golly, he's just been a body out there so far. Some of these other guys much higher up the totem pole are putting in better effort, and Cotter doesn't seem to be high enough up the totem pole to be that confident of somebody else not taking his spot.
