Well he had a hat trick (with one an empty netter) so you can figure that out....
GG do you think Czarnik should be a full time NHL er somewhere ?

Lot of guys like Agostino, Bourque, and Griffith put up excellent numbers in the AHL that don't translate to the NHL but Czarnik looks like his combination of skating, puck skills, and hockey sense give him a good chance. Plus he competes and always looks like he's having fun

I feel like Griffith is a pretty good comparison and I thought he had a shot of cracking the Bruins lineup and it never happened. Arguably it’s going to be tougher for Czarnik with who’s in the pipeline and who’s already succeeded.

Plus, they had passed out pretty low quality hats to STH during the game, which ended up on the ice, along with the thunderstix and, unfortunately, a fair bit of trash. Clifton played a tremendous game, too. Had Czarnik not gotten the third goal, Clifton might've been #1 star. McIntyre made a couple of ridiculous stops - does he take Dobby's spot next year in Boston? Lauzon made a tremendous dive to keep the puck in the offensive zone. Team came back from two deficits and three ties. I only go to 10-15 games each year, but it feels like forever since I've seen a win at the Dunk. According to Mark Divver, Blidh and Postma were returned to PBs, but neither played, nor are they currently listed on the roster.

I thought McIntyre was fighting the puck most of the game. He also got suuuuuuper lucky on a dump in by Rochester that took a funny bounce and rolled towards the empty net when he came out to play it. No idea how it stayed out. But it clipped the pipe and slid away.

I assume Blidh and Postma just got back late from Florida and there was no need to throw them out there.

That dump play was at the other end, so I couldn't see exactly what was happening, but it did seem he was out of position. Perhaps, it's like Luongo said of Timmy T that he makes better-looking saves because he's not positioned correctly? I certainly don't have the eye for detail that others do, especially regarding goalies. I do think he gives up a few too many rebounds for my liking, and he's not played as well this year as last, but I like his overall game.

Makes sense about Postma and Blidh. Going to need all hands on deck this weekend. Home/@LV/Home.
Apparently they drove to NJ last night, then will drive another hour today. Play a night game. Drive to Providence. Play a day game. The glamorous life, indeed.

I thought that Blidh and Postma were already recalled again by Boston?

Sounds like he played on the 3rd line with Hughes on the LW. Not sure who was in the middle....Cave?

Just curious. Do you use his first name because you can’t spell his last name? Also it’s Zachary.

I'll go with Zach and it's annoying to spell his last name lol. Really curious to see where he plays when all p bruin players are available. I understand the bruins are grooming him for 3rd line duty and pk specialist.

He did get lucky but I saw it pretty clearly - the reason the puck went toward the net on that dump in is because it deflected off of a referee/linesman first.

PRO with a 3-0 loss to Lehigh Valley. Going strictly from the scoresheet, game looked pretty even, 33/34 shots with Binnington in net.

Not sure if he’s in the lineup today for the afternoon game vs Bridgeport, but T-Freddy gets a number:

With Frederic's size and skill he may be a better suited to the pro game. Czarnik has to be the next guy up, he is killing it in the AHL. With Spooner gone we could use the speed and little Z has proven he has learned the complete game to be a good NHLer

Both of zborils goals this year have been laser beam wrist shots from the top of the circles. That’s a transferable skill

If czarnik gets called up he can’t get sent back down without going through waivers

Keep him he is better then Acciari. We need all kinds of depth for the cup run and vs the Leafs I would rather have his speed on the 4th line. Wingels has replaced Acciari in my view. Providence has just added a lot of players, its all about the Stanley Cup and adding a variety of depth now

People either don’t pay at attention to this little factor or they just don’t care. It’s evident that Boston would prefer to keep him in the AHL than call him up and have him sit, which is what he’d do when everyone is healthy.
