When Binnington came here, I went over the the Blues board and asked for a scouting report.

What's the big deal?

To those of you who follow Providence how far away is JFK from being ready for the B's 3rd line center position ? His stats are pretty solid with 16 points in 22 games and a plus 7.

IMO, they'll let JFK and Senyshyn develop all year in the AHL. If we can lock up a playoff spot early, I could see them getting a game or two at the end of the year to spell some of the regulars, pending on how their development goes obviously.

Should be interesting to see how it all plays out. Next year's training camp should be a hell of a battle for spots.

i think that would be perfect scenario.

I'd like to see Senyshyn drop a 25 point second half and 10+ goals; lot to like here

JFK may force them earlier if injuries develop

I expect him third line center next October

JFK has played 23 games in Providence now. He has 8 goals and 9 assists for 17 points and is +7. This places him as the #10 rookie in the AHL and the #2 scorer for Providence (#1 Czarnik has 20 points). Well done.

He's such a good passer - reminds me of.....Danton Heinen the way he sees the game and finds open players
