Prospect rankings

I thought we were sappose to have updated prospect rankings by the end of february, and still no update. Anyone heard anything on when the hf people are going to actually get around to it. My Leafs prospects are highly under rated, especially our young stud Pogge, has only a 6.5 c ranking.
