Pilon gets my vote here. He has progressed really well in Hershey and shows tenacity, hustle, some speed, and play-making ability. After seeing AJF in Hershey, not sold on him as the only apparent skill was straight away speed.

how deep into the pool are you planning to dive?
I actually didn’t think about that. I’d say 15 would probably be the best stopping point since we already are past 10. From there it’s pretty much a moot point in terms of prospects having any kind of impact at the NHL or AHL level.
