I am trying to rank available prospects for a rookie / FA draft in a keeper league. Scoring system is roto most stat categories. This is my list so far for the players that are available:

1) A. Radulov
2) P. Kessell
3) N. Backstrom
4) W. Wolski
5) J. Toews

After that Iam not sure where to go, these are the players available:

M. Grabovsky
P. O'Sullivan
R. Olesz
V. Filppula
C. Barker
K. Ballard
L. Smid
M. Staal
M. Carle
M. Green

I would rank the first 5 like this:

1) N. Backstrom
2) J. Toews
3) A. Radulov
4) P. Kessell
5) W. Wolski

After that it all depends on your depth, if you're in need of d-men here's the ranking for the ones I see on your list:

1) M. Staal
2) K. Ballard
3) M. Carle
4) L. Smid
5)C. Barker
6) M. Green

The other 4 forwards:

1) R. Olesz
2) V. Filppula
3) P. O'Sullivan <-- I'm pretty sure most ppl on this board will throw him 1st on this list, not me.
4) M. Grabovsky

I always hate to tip my hand on these incase you are in my draft, but oh well...

1. Kessel
2. Radulov
3. Backstrom
4. Wolski
5. Toews
If given more choices, I would like move Toews down the list. I think he will be an excellent two-way player, but not a great fantacy option. The other 4 are gems. Backstrom especially, and likely Kessel, are a year or two away from really producing. I think Radulov and Wolski could challenge Malkin for the Calder.
