I have been playing in beer leagues for about 4 years now. We always get about 15 minutes to warmup/skate/shoot pucks before a game and been wondering lately if there are particular stretching/drills i should do to prevent injuries or just help improve my overall skating/stickhandling/shooting skills. What are your habits before a game? Are there any kind of stretching that people could tend to forget? Any individual drills to suggest (with or without puck)?
