It doesn't matter if there are better goalies available in the draft, goalies are the least problem. Skater matter, so if TOR won't expose quality skater Bibeau should be drafted.

Bibeau is not a good option because he's RFA.
From the ones you listed Komarov wouldn't be bad. 1 year contract could be traded at the deadline.
