Rangers CHL Goalies Wrap Up Productive Seasons

With the WHL's regular season officially in the books, goaltender Justin Pogge has earned the New York Rangers an extra $1 Million with his stellar performance. He finished first in the league in both GAA (1.72) and SV% (.926). He also finished first in shutouts with 11, and second in wins at 38. Another Rangers property, Matt Keetley, who barely missed out on the Mountain Dew acheivement endorsement (Keetley finished 4th in GAA and 5th in SV% after being in the top 3 in each for most of the season), was the only goaltender with more wins at 42.

In the QMJHL, another Rangers goaltending prospect banked an additional $1M. Alexandre Vincent finished the season second in the league in SV% at .916.

Pogge's and Vincent's million dollar achievements were the second and third of the season for the Rangers. Forward Jeff Tambellini made both the AHL All-Star Team and surpassed the 40PT mark months ago to earn the first million for New York.

Forward Chris Bourque still has a chance at reaching the 40PT plateau in the AHL, but he needs to finish strong. If he is able to meet the requirement, he'll be the 4th and final player to bank $1M.
