Hi all, does anyone remember the NHL get ready for playoffs video back around 2010-2011 (I think NBC?) where it shows Greene bleeding from the face? That was one of the coolest playoffs intro videos I have ever seen, but can't find it anywhere for a long time now.

Funny I was just watching the 2012 and 2014 championship DVDs last night after the Blues choked away the game against the Blackhawks and got definitely pumped up! Still can't decide which Cup is sweeter as both were equally historic for different reasons - but have to lean towards 2012. The first is always the most special - even if it's not the best.

I think of it like Star Wars (A New Hope) and Empire Strikes Back. Star Wars is special because it started it all, but Empire is a better movie. Both special in different ways. Same with 2012 and 2014. I'm just hoping for Return of the Jedi this year

2014 LA VS Chicago was the best playoff hockey I have ever witnessed. It was a series for the ages, it should have been the Stanley Cup Final.

So happy to be in and to have tickets for tonight I know the game isn't as must win as it was yesterday but to celebrate with others that I went thru 12,13, 14 with and who we have gone thru the sadness of 15,16,17, with ,this is so much a better feeling

The 2012 run happened so fast and was so surreal. In 2014 I could savor the moment and enjoy it more. Plus after wining the second SC no one could say that 2012 was a one-off or an abberation, and we proved that we could beat the best (Chicago). On top of that the Kings humiliated SJ and ANA on their way to the cup. It was extrememly satisfying overall.

2014. the blackhawks series: best hockey i've ever seen. but the rollercoaster against san jose, that was the key moment of the run, that comeback. older i get, more i appreciate it.
