I like the avatars that made the most of the smaller sizes on Xenforo.
Pegs and the Avs look good on the smaller size.
Washington with the zoom effect.

The Ducks are now known as the Los Angeles Ducks of Anaheim.

Maybe a size limitation but I think the Toronto ones would work better if it had the players singing in every version of the avatar.
