A rookie season marred by injuries drops Thomas di Pauli down one place. We're almost done, only 2 spots left. Added 2017 7th round pick Will Reilly who is entering his sophomore year at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Hall. Highest drafted prospect still on the board and has slipped only because of injury, not poor play when he's been in the line up. Hopefully he can take a big step this year.

Hall's going to have to show me a LOT of improvement in his offensive game/puck moving game before I'll be convinced he's got a shot at being anything more than a Clark Seymour/Reid McNeil.

I voted for him anyway because at this point I'm just going on faith with the Penguins scouting staff. But this season is going to be very telling for me.

I'm going with Da Drozg because I think most of those guys are long shots and he's got the highest potential out of those who are long shots. Boom or bust baby.

What's crazy is that, even still, there are a few players left that have a decent shot at making it. We are so much deeper than a few years ago.

I really love our strategy of drafting heavily in the NCAA ranks. I feel like that's a perfect strategy for our team. It gives us prospects that make the league later, but are cost controlled and more mature physically than the major junior kids. Not to mention how many late bloomers ands hidden gems we've found.
