Michigan!
This really displays helms downfall. He used to be a God at drawing penalties.
It looks like he still is very good at drawing penalties, 4th on the roster, but he just takes a lot of them as well. Helm is having a very stereotypical Helm season, imo. He is also one of just a few players with a positive +/- ratio, and he is second in hits only to Abdelkader. I think he still brings something of value that teams could make use of, but his contract is just ridiculous.

I would be more interested in this if the officiating wasn't a moving target even within a year, let alone year to year. Over the last few seasons they have been so haphazard about what is an isn't a penalty. The only thing that has been consistent to this point is that even holding eye contact too long with an opposing player is interference/holding.

If that's true shouldn't Larkin be the best in the category?
He's within 2 drawn penalties of the top spot.

He's also taken some boneheaded penalties this year, lowering his differential, but that doesn't have any bearing on his ability to draw penalties with his speed.

All the usual suspects are there. AA, Larkin, Helm, Nyquist, Tatar. The faster players draw the penalties. Especially given how much more slashing/hooking is called this season and those are the penalties you'd expect to be called on people struggling to keep up with fast skaters.
