PeeWee Girls' Tournament

Looking for a tournament in Jan-March that might have a House League (very house league) girls' division. US or Canada.

First time our club has had enough girls for a full roster and we'd like to do something special for them.

If you let us know what area you are in, it might help (I'm on phone, sorry if it shows)

We used to use USA hockey to find tournaments. http://www.usahockey.com/tournaments

If there's nothing close, ever think about starting your own tournament? Contact local girls teams to guage interest, after you get a few commitments, post it on the USA website, see if you can get a few more. Even 3 or 4 teams is a good start.

Most likely, there are a few semi-local teams looking for the same thing!

There is a big girls tournament in Toronto, Canada in March: http://www.torontoleasidewildcats.ca/wildcats-tournament/
The DS division is HL level.

Thanks for the replies. We're in Kansas City, so the pool isn't very deep. We've checked with other regional groups (think Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas) and the population doesn't seem to exist this year.

We're willing to travel (and willing to take a little bit of a thumping) for a fun experience. I'll check out some of these links.
