Incredible OT run, and winning like that takes some good fortune, but it mostly making your own breaks from good play/skills though. Much kudos Florida, 11 straight OT during playoffs is impressive.

Plus, think you've got a "Legit Cup Contender", that could do it. They've got experience after last playoffs (Never hurts), and right ingredients. Takes a bunch lining up for it all to happen, and coming out of Atlantic and East is tough, this season is no exception. But having Bob in net, sure makes winning some of those intangibles have better odds. Hope Lightning still reverse sweep ya though.....

Yet all those bright NHL minds keeps saying if they had to pick one goalie to win a deciding game it's Vasi. 6 straight losses suggests otherwise.

Goalies always get propped up behind world beater teams. After the team comes back to earth suddenly god's gift to goaltending becomes mediocre as well. Yet the same story is being regurgitated again and again because people refuse to accept goalies are a product of their team and system.
