Is 51 going to be Palmieri's permanent number? I'm trying to decide if I should wait on getting a jersey, I don't want to buy one then have him change his number.

But yeah, it will go down as soon as he's considered a regular player. This year, you'd suspect, if he can just get a touch of consistency. Poor guy could easily have 12 goals with a little luck right now.

Yeah he wore 21 in the AHL - so I'd assume that's what he'll switch to when he is allowed. I'd say he'll get the permanent number sometime before the end of the season or at the latest the beginning of next season. Fowler was about the only guy who got his soon after debuting.
