Here's another stupid trade that this trade board would laugh at posters suggesting it...

Hey HF Trade board? GM's are more stupid than you think. Let posters suggest what YOU think are stupid suggestions...it might actually happen. I know. We have Bergevin as our GM.
Yeah, and this happens all the time where a players wife is accused of cyberbullying a teammates wife about their dead child.

Seems like a panic move to try to keep Karlsson.

Ehh. Hoffman had to be moved regardless of whether or not Karlsson stays. Imagine if EK was gone next year and he was back. He'd probably be getting death stares in the locker room and suicide passes on the ice.

Given the asking prices for Kane and Hoffman at the TDL before they were traded, it’s incredible that San Jose ended up trading a 2019 1st, Danny O’Regan, 2019 4th, Julius Bergman, Mikkel Boedker and a 2019 5th for both players.

Lol at Ottawa fans who thought that Hoffman was worth the 10th OA and got pissed when we said Hoffman isn’t worth anything.

And then this happens

Heatley 2.0. Pretty weak return again for the Sens while losing a high quality scorer. How is it Ottawa seems to always been on the losing end of these situations? Something in the water over there?
They keep losing trades because they are trading more for financial reasons than for hockey reasons

They value the $ more than the on ice impact

How the **** did we lose to this joke of a franchise in last year's playoffs?

Senators sold their soul to Satan for the luckiest run of luckiest bounces ever.

If this was just a “trade”, then Ott looks bad. We all know that this trade goes beyond Hockey. I can’t say Hoffman himself is guilty but the fact that there is a restraining order out on his wife, plus other wives calling her out is pretty damaging.

Umm...

From everything I’ve been able to gather the accusations started in near the end of March. The poster on the sens board posted about it in May. Dorion tried to get out in front of it and apparently had lowered his demands before the news became public but didn’t pull the trigger on anything before it did.
Peace bond says since November is when it all started

Sad when Wang was an owner but wa still out cheaped by Melnyk! Ottawa deserves a better owner and the league needs to step in and do something. Ottawa is Canada’s Arizona.

Sens fans asking for a top prospect + 2 first round picks, and they were "willing" to let one of those picks be a conditional first

Now all they got was a cap dump and scraps LOL
