Out of all the goaltenders put on waivers, he probably has the best chance to make an impact. Worst case, he’s just as bad as the others..

My view, too. Some Sens fans were lamenting not picking up Fucale, while Hellberg probably has 10 pro seasons that are better than Fucale's best pro season.

Obviously not a slam-dunk, but I am at least confident that he can be a good AHL goalie for us and provide depth. If he can give us 5-10 passable NHL games this season, that would be huge. Anything more would be a coup.
