Semin's passing has been a surprise to me. Maybe he was always doing it and I wasn't paying attention, but it's a nice asset for a guy who is basically only known for his shot.

I just realized that last year's season opener against Tampa was also a 5-1 loss.

So next year, pregame articles about our home opener are going to mention that we're playing to avoid 5-1 losses in three consecutive openers.

No I don't lol I don't even know where it is, I just chose a random location. I'm actually situated in Toronto (not a Leafs fan, not anti-Leafs also though).

Detroit fan deep down but have been following Fedorov's NHL career that ended in Washington. Semin took the reins from there.
