Im contemplating getting the NHL network, but Im wondering with this new cable deal, whether there will be more games on regular cable in BC. I have the OLN channel, Sportsnet, TSN, and CBC. Am I going to be pretty much set up, or are most of the games on OLN going to be only shown regionally, or whats the plan?

I've posted this in another thread but OLN in Canada is owned by Bell Globemedia (the company that owns TSN). The NHL has a deal with Comcast, which owns the American OLN.

Oh right, I forgot about that. The Tour de France was brought across to the Canadian broadcast though, will the NHL games be shown as well?

If I had to bet money, I would assume NHL games would draw more viewers than their regular programming, even if they were between US clubs.

This has been covered numerous times in almost every thread with "OLN" in its title.. No NHL games on OLN Canada.
