Hi,
Does anyone know if Olivier Latendresse was eligible to be drafted in the 2004 or 2003 entry draft? He was 18 this year, but not drafted, so he was recently signed by Pheonix as a free agent. His name was not in any of the central scouting reports, so I didn't think he was eligible.
