As a Habs fan, i feel that Carle has more off. potential then Fisher, atleast that's what i saw at the rookie camp

    2-Brian Lee
    3-Patrick McNeill
    4-Vlasic
    5-Bourdon

  6. Agree with the names, maybe not the order ... if we're talking pure offensive talent i might put Bourdon and Sanguinetti tops of their respective drafts.

Not that I think the names mentioned so far are bad choices, but I do see a bias so far towards High drafted/high profile players and or CHL ers.....also while I like someone like Bourdon.. I think he was drafted fo his offence and solid all around play.... but is he truly more offensive than Franson , Yandle , Vlasic etc? same argument for Johnson and sanguenetti/vishnevsky.... the latter 2 may have as much or more Offensive potential.. just may be risky defensively .

LaPoint is a huge project. Big upsides, but is 4/5 years away. Its way to early to tell what his offensive upsides are.

I like him alot as well (shocked he fell to the 7th). I guess you could call him a sleeper but I wouldn't be surprised if he's on more than a few people's lips the next year or two.

no way both of the Johnson's are not at the top of their draft class....offensively & defensively.

Exactly. Sanguinetti isn't close to EJ right now in terms of even strictly offensive potential.

How so? Im not saying your wrong, but how has EJ proved to have more offensive potential

  14. I'm going to be a homer and say Brenden Mikkelson is going to be a good offensive dman if he can stay healthy.
