Hello all:

Our NYPD team is playing a charity game vs FD hockey on 12/22/12 at MSG at 6 pm. The game is organized through the Stan Lee foundation(Stan Lee from Marvel Comics fame) and he wanted to do this for Hurricane Sandy relief as well as his birthday. We are still attempting to have NHL alumni skate with both teams. The NYR alumni have been real excited to skate so we are still trying to get them to play on both teams. If its not allowed then it'll be a full 60 minute game vs FD. Tickets available soon on ticketmaster. The poster for the game can be seen on NYPD hockey team on Facebook.
Hope to have some of you guys come see a good game for a good cause.

Thanks
Kev

I work that night, but if I can get off it sounds incredible.

I'll be rooting for FD, for what it's worth.

I bought 4 of the $40 200 center section seats on Saturday from the site above. Got an email last night stating that my seats had been upgraded to Section 106.

Looking forward to the game.

Does this mean there's not going to be an NYPD v. FDNY hockey game at the Coliseum any time soon? As bad as that arena is you do get a great tailgate environment there for this game every time.

For those going

there is an open bar at Hudson Station bar grill on the corner of 35th and 9th from 230-530. I believe its $40 bucks. Not too bad for 3 hours of drinking, if some of you are into that hahaha.

Also merchandise on sale at the garden and online through the NYPD hockey facebook. New shirts are long/short sleeve with a small logo on the breast area and NYPD hockey logo over a city backdrop on the back. Comes in blue and gray.

Cheers
Kev

Probably a dumb question but 6:00 is still the start time for this game, right? That's what the Stan Lee site says but thegarden.com and Ticketmaster have it listed at 7:30.
