He is just saying that there is no reason for the city to give the Dolans a gift forever. He is right. Give them 10 years for now and the situation can be reassessed in 10 years. What does NYC gain by giving Dolan an in perpetuity license to operate an arena?

I love it too, it's so unique and has a strange feel to it. Just makes me happy being there. Other arenas feel like...nothing. The Prudential Center is nice, but, so what?

The Prudential Center feels like a mall. And the surrounding area is garbage.
MSG is beautiful. Especially after the renovations.
