Just have to feel for those seniors. With the season they had and to end like this is heartbreaking for them. But life is more than sports. They no doubt will have stories to tell their kids and grandkids down the roadIt was a helluva run for your Hawks, @Dakota Sioux . Hard to be proud about an asterisk in the record books, but the boys will have stories to share for a good long lifetime.
It is a shame but I think everyone will remember this season and how UND had a great team, so that's something. It's not like all they did just disappearsJust have to feel for those seniors. Was at this game live and wow was that some home baked reffing . UND is a really good team but the fix was on with the commish there to present the cup .
You know, at the start of the article I was skeptical, but by the end I could get behind something like what they laid out, like a black banner that never gets mixed within the green NCAA Champions banners. This appears to be one of the best teams UND has iced in their rich tradition. I think they've earned the right to be commemorated as such in some way beyond a white Conference Champions banner.
Pretty incredible when it's all laid out at once.
He had no choice. He’s a senior and good for himPoolman signed with Calgary. Wish he would have stuck around one more year for my own selfish reasons, but good for him getting the contract he's earned.

Wait ... WHAT?! College can't last forever??? But I just got my student loan payments deferred!!!He had no choice. He’s a senior and good for him
As I understood it, NCAA offered seniors one more year of eligibility after everything got cut short. He had no choice. He’s a senior and good for him
Truthfully we were lucky he came back this season. I was one of those who bet he wouldn’tAs I understood it, NCAA offered seniors one more year of eligibility after everything got cut short.
EDIT: looks like that only applied to those in Spring sports. This presumably excludes hockey.
