NHL 4Nations Faceoff 2025...does Bedard make the team?

There is movAll-Star Game (thank Bettnan) ...ratger there will be a 4Nation tournament of NHL stars representing their country.. limited to 4 nations:

Canada,U.S.A ,Finland and Sweden...in a roubd robin format tournament where each country pays each other ...not sure if there are medal round games or just top 2 gaceoff in Championshio Game.

The big question for Hawks fans is:

Does Bedard make the Canadian Team ?

Top 2 NHL Centers are of course McDavid and McKinnon.....Sam Reinhardt is 3rd best Canadian Center ...Then who is the 4C?

Mr.Senior=one lady hurrah for Crosby?

Mark Schieffle?

Braydon Point?

Am I forgetting anyone else amongst Canadian centers before we consider Bedard?

Maybe heis 13th F ifvthey go with 5 centers.

Maybe he gets moved to wing? THOUGH YOU PROBABLY CAN co up with 4RW and 4LW who play on the wing g and star before considering including Bedard.

So it would seem Bedard has odds stacked against him making that team..

Maybe if he breaks out next season 5o a 100 point +pace and a +/- above zero?

It would be a shame for NHL and NHLPA marketing if Bedard not on the team...but this is reality.

I think it's too early in his career for this honour.
Can't see Bedard getting in before Crosby or even Point etc.
But if he comes back and shows he deserves than maybe ....

NHL will make it happen. Crosby + McDavid + Bedard. It is a marketing dream that they will make come true for this somewhat sham of an event (the real test is the Olympics the following year).

However, the proportion of money the NHL gets for hosting an event like this is astronomical compared to the Olympics. They will want to capitalize on their three generationals and sell a bajillion Canada jerseys because of it.
