Can we get a league going where you have
:30 owners
:70 mil salary cap max, 50 mil min
:each owner must protect 1 C, 1 RW, 1 LW, 2 D and 1 G as well as up to two prospects (skaters less than 40 nhl games, goalies less than 20 games)
: the players protected must come from your team, example Sens can not protect spezza
: teams will pick available players in order of finish, last to first, 24 rounds
: each team must have 12 forwards, 7 d men and 2 goalies min
: each team will have 30 players, includes prospects
: after the teams are picked, trading can start
: teams or gm's that do not pick will get a player from their original that they did not protect

I have never set up a league and would need some help, but from many I have spoken to in leagues, they like this proposal
