League Name: Top Shelf Salary Cap League(Fantrax League, 2nd year)

League Type: H2H Each Category Salary Cap League(Fantasy teams compete against each other 1-on-1 and receive a Win, Loss or Tie for each scoring category in each Scoring Period).
Salary Cap: 87.5M (Subject to increase in future years) and we use REAL-LIFE Player cap hits. Player contracts are REAL-LIFE as well. Meaning, if a player gets a new contract with a much bigger cap hit in real life, you will also have a much bigger cap hit on that player in this league.
Salary Increase Increments:
4M - If the NHL increase their salary cap by a large amount(Next season will probably qualify under this amount) then we will increase by 4M.
3-3.5M - If the NHL increases their salary cap by an average amount(This year would probably qualify under this amount) then we increase by 3-3.5M.
2-2.5M - If the NHL decreases in their salary cap, then we will increase by 2-2.5M. (Unlikely to happen IMO, but if it does)
Playoff Format: 8 of 16 teams make the playoffs. Division leaders will make up the top 4 while the the next 4 teams with the best records make up the remainder of the positions, regardless of division, conference, etc.
Rosters:
- 20 Active Players(4C, 4LW, 4RW, 6D, 2G) WITH 6 BENCH SLOTS AND 4 IR SLOTS
- 20 Man Prospect Roster
- 50 Players Max
* 20 Man Prospect System: Owners are allowed to have a max of 20 prospects on their roster.
* (Player) In order for a player to be considered a prospect, he must be under the age of 24 entering a season and have played less than 100 games. *
* (Goalie) In order for a goalie to be considered a prospect, he must be under the age of 26 entering a season and have played less than 45 games. *
* If one of your prospects turn 24(or 26 if your a goalie) in the middle of the season, you have until the next off-season to make a decision with him. If you do move this prospect up to your roster in the middle of the season, then he must stay there; He is not allowed to be sent back down to the minor team. *
* You can only bring a certain prospect either up or down the roster once a week. For instance, if I wanted to move Mikhail Grigorenko up to my main team, I would have to keep him there for the rest of the match-up before I can bring him back down and it works vise versa. *
* Exceeding max reserves or salary cap limit will make a roster illegal, and will deny claims to improper status. *

G, A, PTS, +/-, BLK, FOW, HIT, SOG, STP, Tk
GAA, SV%, SHO, W
* 2GP MIN required for goaltenders to earn credit for goalie categories in a scoring period. *
Trading/Transactions:
* The Trading System for this league is a 5-Vote/Objection System, meaning it will take any 5 votes from the 16 owner league to overrule a deal. You will have 1 day to vote on deals and this rule should make the league more active. If you do not want the league to fall behind and become less competitive then monitor what goes on the league more often and make your votes when needed. Another reason why it will only be 1 day is because we want both teams involved in the deal to get their players ASAP so they can make their contributions to their new teams. *
* The Trade Deadline is TBD(Month before OUR regular season ends). *
* You will be able to trade future draft picks and there will be 3 rounds for future prospect drafts. *
