Germany got a late equalizer against Denmark, now personally I think Germany was lucky to score as the Denmark's goalie played the game of their lives.

Some start for Wilmots at Ivory Coast, hammered in a friendly by the Dutch and lost an African Cup of Nations qualifier to Guinea at home. Naby Keita scoring the winner

Nigeria lost at home to South Africa

Cameroon who are hosts of the next AFCON are still involved in the qualifying (they qualify automatically) and got an impressive win over Morocco

France with close to my ideal lineup :
Lloris, Sidibé, Varane, Umtiti, Mendy, Kanté, Pogba, Dembélé, Lemar, Mbappé, Giroud.

Problem is Giroud instead of Griezmann, but I'm guessing DD won't ever play without his aerial threat.

France's Umtiti ! :D

Too bad for Mendy, was looking strong early. Digne has something to prove.

Congrats to Papu Gomez on his NT debut for Argentina after a great season with Atalanta!

Not sure why Stones is threatning the ref, Mbappé or the world, it was an obvious foul. :dunno:

And for those who said Kanté doesn't bring offense, he picked up the ball 17 meters from the opponent's goal and that almost created a goal.

Mbappe to Dembele, GOAL !!!!!!!!!

Why do I feel this will become a classic (as much as the other way around)?

Pogba being MUCH better with the front 3 of Dembele/Mbappe/Lemar. More space, more movement, and more passing lanes for Pogba.

Stones has been absurdly bad.

Yeah but City spent £50m on him so he must be awesome. Right?
