Right out of CSI. Public was outraged when "innocent" bears were executed for attacking humans (they got the wrong bear).

Now they're using DNA to confirm the culprit before executing sentence.

Why are we executing bears due to someone's stupidity?

Once animals find a new food source, they will continue to view it as food. Any animal that has an unprovoked attack on a human is going to get killed.

However, it should be unprovoked. If a bear with her cubs is startled by a runner, it's crazy to kill that animal.
