I'll take Horton just b/c I prefer his style of play over Staals.

Both will be great players.

I prefer a playmaker with a great defensive game so I'll take Staal. Horton will almost certainly be VERY solid, and the two might just trade off which one scores more from season to season.

I think if you're looking for a goal-scorere I would pick Horton. If you want the better all-around player I would go with Staal.
