wow i'm really surprise by their scouting staff since 2001 especially for defensemen !

except 2002 they seems to have great draft almost every year !
well ... I'm really jealous !
They are also very good for gritty player:

Hartnell
Tootoo
Upshall

They have a solid base of prospects and they know that building a good team start with the defense !
And IMO they could become perenial contender for years to come with a defense like that !

Upshall is the only real prospect in 02 so I agree there.

I would keep an eye on Cody Franson as another good defensive prospect.

I'm surprised Kulyask doesn't get more attention. I only saw him once this year but he looked good and has put together a very impressive season stats wise.
