Out of sheer principle, I have to answer NAHL. Meanwhile, maybe I can goad people into more informed answers.

Thing is, there are NAHL franchises where the coaching is a joke and you want to avoid those. I would venture that there's probably a handful of HS coaches who actually know what they're doing.
