I'd like to know your opinion, what do you think of my training programm for this summer. I've been using this one for now 3 weeks. I'm not really an expert so I'm interested in knowing your thoughts!
On Mondays, I ride my mountain bike for approx 1 hour.
On Tuesdays, I hit the gym and do a complete body workout (approx. 1 1/2 hours)
On Wednesdays, nothing special.
On Thursdays, I run with some buddies of mine 7 kilometers + core and abs workout.
On Fridays, I do agility and plyometrics exercices, play floorball.
On Saturdays, I don't do anything special.
On Sundays, I run up stairs; interval based training, 45 sec effort, then 1.5-2 min pause.
I stickhandle and take shots everyday if possible and do lots of forearm strengh.
I weight 160 pounds, I'm 5'8' feet and 17 years old.
