Not sure how Tanner Laczynski didn't make this list, let alone the "Honourable Mentions" category. Did you miss him OP or was there a reason for this?

I find it especially odd how Wade Allison is listed at #83 - not saying that ranking is odd, just that Allison's acknowledged yet Laczynski isn't.

Laczynski should be in the honourable mentions. The Flyers have a very deep prospect pool. Even guys like Lycksell and Kase are intriguing. And then there is Strome. His speed is a huge issue but if he can overcome it he will be a great prospect. Flyers are a team that should be a force in a few years. Just need to get rid of Hakstol in my opinion

I watched Nick Merkley a lot in Kelowna and didn't think he'd make the NHL. Surprised to see him so high on your list, have you seen him play or have you just looked at his numbers? Not being rude, just curious.

I try and watch a lot of prospects and do a lot of research and reading about them. I have seen Merkley play and will also say I used to not be a big fan of him, but he has made me switch my opinion on him. A skilled player who sees the ice well and has improved his shot and isn't soft in the offensive zone

I’d have Kale Clague over 5-10 defenseman you have ahead of him, personally.

In my eyes it is Andersson. Obviously I'm pretty big on Shestyorkin since I have him as my top goalie and 15th overall

I don't see how its even close.

I was going to say Chytil over Andersson, as well, which I think is also a pretty easy call, but thats only my opinion, I know Andersson vs. Chytil is a toss-up among most Ranger fans. I don't agree, but I understand the reasoning. Shestyorkin is currently much better than Andersson and he has a much higher ceiling. The Rangers board just voted Shestyorkin our top prospect.

You are entitled to your opinion, no problem, but if you want input from fans, I would suggest that Shestyorkin should certainly be higher than Andersson. I think you have Andersson way too high on your list. He should probably be about 30 spots lower.

I mean I don't think you'll find any lists with Andersson that low. I'm pretty big on all three considering they are all top 17 which is close enough from 8 to 17 to be able to switch them around since they are so close. Goalies are tough to evaluate sometimes and to put him top 15 shows how big of a believer I am i him.

Happy with 3 Rangera in the top 17. They might have the best high end prospects in the league after this deadline.

Personally, I’d say Igor is 1, Chytil is 2, and Lias is 3, but they are all top prospects and a reverse order isn’t crazy.

I've seen lists where Andersson wasn't in the top 50.

I'm guessing you mean Pronman. His lists are decent but always have some wild choices like Andersson not in the top 50
It's almost as if Pronman makes wild choices just to stir the pot and get people talking about his lists. Some of his opinions are so off the board...

Overall, I like this list. You're never going to make everybody happy.

Michael Rasmussen is way too far down your list. He will be in the NHL next season. He's going to surprise some people.

Filip Hronek is too far down your list.

Jake Bean is ranked too high. Complete bust.

Connor Timmins is way too far down the list. IMO he's a better prospect or on equal ground with Makar. I don't get the separation. Probably your worst ranking.

Tyler Bertuzzi is ranked way too low. He's established himself already.

Kale Clague needs to be higher

Sam Steel needs to be WAY lower

Laczynski should be mentioned? Why haven't you?

Dennis Cholowski is going to be a top 4 defensemen in the NHL and he's not even mentioned? Why?

Martin Necas should be lower than he is.

Yes it is early and I don't have the time to pick apart your whole list so I am admitting I have missed a lot, but seriously your list needs some work. The only proof to this will be time. The list obviously would be ever changing as teams prospects develop.
