OT: morning skates

I'm heading down to Arizona next week to watch some hockey, I was planning on going to watch the morning skate if it was open on Saturday.I'm not too sure but what time would suggest going in the morning?

I honestly have never been to a morning skate. I would imagine it's like any other NHL team, and you call the AZ Coyotes facility and ask if you can attend the morning skate.
