I would say he instinctually did the curb stomp (because he had that look of "Oh shit I should not have done that" on his face, but then they replayed it 2 times... and that was a wierd ending with Finn there to see the show off the air.
Was the ending trying to put over Finn as being out of it to reestablish the curb stomp again? I wouldn't be surprised. It gave the commentators time to stress that the referee had counted three and Finn should have won the match too.
Fact is Seth desperately needed that finisher back. Any other finisher he's attempted since it was banned hasn't stuck and/or was complete shit. One of them was literally just called "THE KNEE!" and wasn't nearly as good as Omega's.
I still think Seth is the second best talent on the main roster behind AJ...but this thread is just making me realize how much his...mehness can almost be dated back to losing the curbstomp.
