If Ladd, by some miracle, falls to #10, Atlanta would almost certainly take him simply because he's too good to pass up. Chipchura fits in with Montreal too well and would likely be picked up if still there at #18. Green at 10 is too high, and I'm almost certain Picard will go to Edmonton if he's there. Not to mention, The Kings are almost certainly picking Schwarz, it just makes the most sense.

Putting myself in the position of the New York Rangers in this draft, I take

Ladd over Schremp,
Salmonsson over Lisin
Garlock or Lepisto (can't decide) over Booth
I like your pick of Wheeler for us
I like Fistric

We will also have the #46 as comp for Umberger. I would pick Zajac. I think we'll also get another second rounder from Edmonton as comp for Leetch signing as a free agent. I don't know where that one is, but it would probably be high enough to get Tesliuk from your mock.

So those are my Rangers picks: Ladd, Salmonsson, Lepisto (OK, i'll make it lepisto), Wheeler, Tesliuk, Zajac.

There is no way the Oilers would pass on Stafford, Picard, Wolski and Ladd to draft a goaltender. I don't see any possible way that Ladd is going to fall all the way down to 15..

I like Wolski a lot, but he just smacks of Oleg Kvasha to me.

As for Ladd at #15, that would stun me. I would be stunned if the Rangers took Schremp with the 6th in the first place.
