Your “facts” include Marner being a defensive liability, because he was shifted down in the line-up for a few games, 4 months ago.

Maybe get your facts straight before trying to call others out?
His defensive stats are not up to part with a two way player

Parayko is an elite top 10 dman?

you know he isn't Pietrangelo right? I'm not even sure i'd have Parayko top 30
Show me were I said Parayko was elite or top ten. If you can show me that I will never post again. With that said I wouldn't trade parayko for marner either and 90% of the blues fan base feel the same way.

That is incorrect.

08/09 (20): 80 / 25 / 45 / 70 (18:40)
17/18 (20): 72 / 19 / 41 / 60 (16:09)*

*82/22/47/69 Pace.

kane is 29 right now. so if you go back 9 seasons that would make his 20 year oldseason be 09-10 in which he had the following stats.
gp-82 G-30 A-58 pt-88 +/- +16 on top of that he had the following in the post season gp22 g 10 a 18 pt 28

Mitch is a very good young player but he is not kane not yet.

that year for kane would have been is 19 year old year. the year previously was his 18 year old year. Nice try math doesnt lie

born nov 19 1988 which makes him 20 on november 19th 2009 which makes his 2009/2010 season his 20th birth year season. SO once again Marner does not compare to kane. With that said what is the arguement now. Or will you just insult me like the others

Kane 20 year old season 2009-2010
GP82 Goals-30 Assist-58 points-88

Marner 20 year old season 2017-2018 (using average since season isnt over)
GP82 Goals-22 Assist-46 points 68 if he stays on pace. (i rounded up both times)

So 8 less goals and 12 less assist. But yes Kane and marner totally compairable. Thats like compairing Statsny to mathews at same ages. Look it up

Now you're just being silly. Look at the numbers next to the season for Kane in the link I sent you. Go to the Marner page and do the same.

Its ok to walk away from this one. I promise I won't think any less of you.

Actually, when one considers the aTOI, the first two years are very comparable.

But you don't care about that. You don't want to listen to reason at all. You're hurt, and I'm here to tell you.....its not your fault.

So now its the time on ice comparison. Come on man your making up excuses for why he isnt as good. If he was Patrick Kane then why doesnt he get 20 mins a night. Why is Babcock holding him back. Players earn there time by playing hard, following the coaches instructions and playing a solid 2way game. If they dont they dont get the minutes. To sit here and say Kane proved more with more ice time when he was winning championships yes 28pts in 22 playoff games and Marner cant even get 17 mins playing on a bubble playoff team is insane. If Marners Plkay garnered it he would get it.

Honestly Mock me all you want but you havent provided any solid facts/stats other than what ifs.

FYI just put a pole out on main trade rumors board. Not looking so good for your un-factual opinion.

For what its worth Chicago had a coaching change in the 09 season with Savard being fired for Q early on in the season. It is way too early to throw out the Kane comparisons to Marner. Id wait at least until Marner has a few PPG seasons and is in discussion for the Ross year in and year out before we even throw Marner on the discussion board for that tier. Kane is 4th in total league scoring from his rookie year-present (jumps to 3rd when it is only 2010-present) comparing Marner to him already is obscenely early.
