I have decided to put a number of players on the block at this point in time in advance of free agency.

First of all, I'm not going to be signing Miroslav Satan or Dave Scatchard before they hit the free agency market, so anybody who would like to negotiate with them in advance could acquire them. This has become somewhat common practice in this league, and I can safely say that with the limited number of talented players available this summer, Satan should be hotly pursued by many teams.

Also, I am putting a few roster players up for trade. Jeff O'Neill and Steve McCarthy have both been put on the block, and I am looking to move both of them.
