I don't think that this is a slew foot. From the two angles I've seen in the OP, the leg contact was minimal, if extant, and it looked like McAvoy was just as off balance as Hyman.

Arm in front of opposing player's chest, applying backwards pressure to rotate upper body over fulcrum of leg: check.

Textbook slew foot (though McAvoy didn't apply a lot of pressure with his leg, he still kicks it forwards).

I concur. The motion was there but nothing happened. Non issue. Also the way the game was being reffed that game, not a penalty either.
