I was wondering if someone had infomation on the leading scorer in the Q. If i'm not mistaken his big and can score so why doesn't anyone talk about him.

He went undrafted but played in the Traverse City Tournament, invited by Tampa Bay.
All I heard was he's a PP specialist with poor skating... But he could prove everyone wrong, who knows...

I guess the major knock on him is poor skating. I've seen him play a number of times here in Halifax and what he lacks in skating he does a good job making up for it with his shot. He can score from pretty much anywhere in the offensive end and has a lethal wrist shot. Great on the PP and as you can see from his GPG a pretty good sniper. I'd venture a guess he'll be a good AHL'er someday, who knows, maybe better.

What will this kid turn out to be, Dagnais or robitaille. Both were said to be poor skaters but one of them turned out to be a pretty good play. Fans say that Montreal keeps missing kids from the Q. Would he be worth a minor league contract? How big is he?

i read that Boisclair is an undrafted 50 goal scorer, is he eligible for the 2006 draft or can he be signed by any team like montreal signing andre benoit or jann danis

He's an overager in junior hockey so, enless anything changed with the new CBA, he'll be a free agent.

i know the lightning invited him to camp, and from reports i read, his skating was just too awful for anything but the AHL or maybe even ECHL.

Same thing I've heard. Seems like he makes Lucky Luc look like the fastest and most graceful skater of all-time.

it should be noted that while he's leading the Q in points this year...

...he's also officially 21,as of today, and in his fifth Q season.
