Well, they can't just do that, though. 23-man rosters are the max at any point in time.

Pretty sure the limit is tossed out the window after the trade deadline:

It's his natural position and what he played in his junior beside his brother.

It's his natural position and what he played in his junior beside his brother.

I've said this lots, but at the wing position he reminds me a lot of Cammy. He has a tremendous shot and he doesn't need to worry quite as much about 2-way play. He's not a liability in his own end by any stretch, but he's such a skilled guy and that would allow him to focus on the strengths of his game. He's also not that great on the dot which helps our possession when he's playing.

I also think that if you move him to LW that you've essentially replaced Sven.
